Drive Continuous Quality Improvement
To help children succeed, families need to be connected to high-quality programs and services. Since 2018, 13 Guilford County programs are participating in a two-year continuous quality improvement effort. Staff from each program work with a coach to assess performance in five areas and the program’s capacity to measure performance. They also identify ways to improve how each program can collect, analyze and use data to provide higher quality services and improve outcomes.
The original 13 program participants are working on key projects together. A team is also working to build a second cohort of early childhood programs that will receive coaching and work together on significant projects.
