Chief Impact Officer

Jacqueline has devoted her career to serving children, their families, and vulnerable adult populations. An accomplished leader and organizational strategist, she has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and streamlining processes to advance missions and achieve positive community outcomes. After joining Ready for School, Ready for Life as Vice-President of Strategic Impact in 2022, she became Chief Impact Officer in August 2023.

For the last seven years, she served as the Chief Executive Officer for Junior Achievement of the Triad. The organization is dedicated to preparing and inspiring youth to succeed in a global economy through financial literacy, work-readiness, and entrepreneurship programs. During her tenure student reach and revenue each grew over 200% while net assets increased over 100%. Prior to Junior Achievement, she worked at Partners Ending Homelessness. There she catalyzed change by creating and implementing initiatives impacting the homeless service delivery system. As part of that work, Jacqueline managed a grants portfolio of over $5M from federal, state, and philanthropic resources.

Jacqueline was awarded Outstanding Women in Business in 2017 and 40 Leaders Under 40 in 2014, both by the Triad Business Journal. She was also a finalist for the Junior Achievement USA Flemke award which recognizes offices with the highest combined levels of student growth, increased market share, and total revenue growth.

Outside of her career, Jacqueline is a mom and an active member of our community. She is currently involved or has been involved with: Summit Rotary, The Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship, Christ Church, The Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro, The Bryan School of Business and Economics, and Guilford County Schools Career and Technical Education. She earned dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
