Heather Jaynes

Heather Jaynes joined Ready for School, Ready for Life as Executive Coordinator in March 2023. She is a PMP-certified Project Manager with more than seven years of experience in the non-profit and wealth management worlds. During the course of her career, she has demonstrated a commitment to organization, leadership, and problem-solving and has earned a reputation for getting the job done and doing it well.

Heather’s career history includes the food and beverage industry, retail management, the medical field, wealth management, and the non-profit world. Most recently she finds fulfillment as a certified instructor of Pilates. Throughout her various roles, she has gained experience in Board of Directors and Committee administration, project management, and refined her communication skills.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts from UNC Wilmington – Go, Seahawks! She is committed to compassion, honesty, and integrity, and reflects fondly on her time as Assistant Coach for a local middle school girl’s lacrosse team. In her free time, Heather enjoys performing (acting, singing, dancing, and in that order), as well as yoga, hiking, reading, traveling, TV/movies, podcasts, and live music.

Overall, Heather is dedicated to supporting the community through her role at Ready for School, Ready for Life and continues to strive to make a positive impact in this world.

Jaclyn Limbrick

Jaclyn Limbrick joined the Ready for School, Ready for Life team in June 2021 in the role of Executive Coordinator.

Jaclyn is a former teacher with ten years of experience in various public school settings, including Baltimore City and Valence, France. Most recently, she taught French as a part of Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools’ Elementary World Language program. Within her role as a teacher, Jaclyn worked to advocate for expanded language learning opportunities and improved support for public education through outreach activities and organizing with the North Carolina Association of Educators.

Jaclyn holds a BA in English and French from Furman University and an MS in Education from Johns Hopkins University. She is currently pursuing an MPA at UNC-Greensboro. When she isn’t working or studying, Jaclyn enjoys reading, eating, walking, and exploring Greensboro with her husband.
