Stormi Covington serves as the Network Director for Ready for School, Ready for Life. She works closely with Guilford Family Connects to build a clear map of referral partners to connect families and children in Guilford County. In this role, she maintains an Agency Finder Resource List, ensures transparency and success of referrals, as well as increases capacity for effective referrals in Guilford County.
Prior to working with Ready, Ready, Stormi served as a Program Coordinator at Greensboro Housing Authority helping families reach educational, financial, and employment goals.
Stormi received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro in Communication Studies in May 2012 and her master’s degree in Public Administration in May 2015 from North Carolina Central University.
